Andrea is highly-regarded in the payments industry; she has been recognised with numerous industry awards including being named one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Payments in 2018’, and appearing in Payments Power 10, a list of the top ten influential contributors to the payments industry in 2016/17/18/19. Andrea is the Deputy Chair of the Emerging Payments Association’s Advisory Board and Board member of the European Women in Payments Network.

Andy Stalsberg is the founder and CEO of Eazy Collect Services, an established Fintech that streamlines direct debit processing for SME’s and Corporates. Through its proprietary payment platform, Eazy Customer Manager, clients benefit from end to end automation via its two-way API. Having been acquired by The Access Group, a UK business services software powerhouse, in June 2019, Andy’s focus is now to enhance their strong direct debit offering by delivering a full suite of payment products across the group’s 40,000 customers and the UK marketplace.

Caroline Brady joined Access Payment Division in January 2021 as Head of Compliance, to lead and shape the future of oversight and compliance across the Division in response to a changing regulatory landscape. Caroline brings a rich capability and knowledge of the financial industry, with over 25 years working across 3 major banks - NatWest, TSB and Lloyds - in a range of senior roles, heading up functions including, Compliance, Business Delivery, Customer Strategy, Product Management & Change Management
